1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Deborah Fehnel Bosworth Scholarship is for female and gender diverse students who have a history of alcohol abuse or eating disorders and are trying to change the course of their lives through a community college education; or students who intend on focusing their careers on the prevention and detection of these disorders. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors and prior high school graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), or college undergraduate students. They may attend Oregon community colleges only. Financial need is not a requirement but it will be considered; FAFSA filing is recommended. Prior recipients may apply-compete for one additional year. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
