1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The PALCUS National Scholarship Program was established with the purpose of supporting Portuguese-American students in the pursuit of their higher education goals. The scholarships are awarded to students of Portuguese ancestry who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their academic careers and who show a commitment to completing an approved plan of study. High school seniors and entering freshmen are not eligible to apply. Applicants must submit the instructor's recommendation form to a teacher, instructor, or professor who will email it in PDF format directly to PALCUS.
