1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Cabrillo Civic Clubs of California Scholarship will be awarded to students who must have maintained a minimum 3.50 total weighted GPA for Grades 9-12. Applicants must be a graduating senior of a California high school. Applicants must have participated in at least three extracurricular activities while in high school. Applicants must submit one letter of recommendation from an individual who will vouch for the applicant's academic standing, character, personality, and extracurricular activities. The letter of recommendation must be from the principal, dean, counselor, or teacher of the high school currently attending. Awards are made on a competitive basis, with consideration being given to the following categories: GPA, leadership, extracurricular activities, work (paid or volunteer), promise, and membership in Cabrillo Civic Clubs.
