1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The AICPA Scholarship for Minority Accounting Students provides awards to outstanding minority students who plan to pursue the CPA licensure. Applicants must not be a current CPA. They must have completed at least 30 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework, including at least 6 semester hours (or equivalent) in accounting. Part-time students currently employed to meet the CPA license work experience requirement are encouraged to apply. Part-time students must submit a letter of employment is required along with a letter of recommendation from an accounting professor.
